Karolina Ericsson is the Managing Attorney of the Ericsson Law Group, a boutique law practice specializing in all facets of California real estate law. Ms. Ericsson works closely with non-profit organizations to address their real estate needs, including legal advice in connection with the development of affordable housing. She also represents commercial developers and investors in leasing and purchase and sale transactions. Prior to starting the Ericsson Law Group, Ms. Ericsson was a partner in the real estate group at Luce, Forward, Hamilton & Scripps, LLP. Prior to practicing law, she was the Housing and Community Development Director for Price Charities and oversaw the development of Village Townhomes, an affordable housing project in the City Heights neighborhood of San Diego. Ms. Ericsson received her law degree from Stanford Law School.
