Loren Adams has been involved in multi-family, commercial and mixed-use development since 1996. Currently vice president of development/operations for Intracorp San Diego, he oversees all project managers' projects, from permitting through construction completion as well as sell-out and/or lease up. He also oversees the firm's customer service and warranty programs. Prior to Intracorp, Mr. Adams served as a project manager for Kauri Investments, Ltd. in Seattle. He has a master's degree in urban design and planning as well as a law degree from the University of Washington.
