Senior Asset Manager

Kristine Sanchez has ten years experience in the housing industry. She spent four years at the New Mexico Housing Authority where she gained valuable experience in low-income, first-time homebuyer programs, multi-family development and lobbying and research for state housing issues. Mrs. Sanchez holds a bachelor’s degree in management. As Senior Asset manager she oversees Wakeland’s portfolio of affordable housing communities.
