Melissa has over 3 years of Real Estate experience in San Diego county.  Having worked with McMillin Realty and obtained her California Real Estate license, Melissa holds a knowledge of the current San Diego market and an understanding of how important affordable housing is to the community.  She began working with Wakeland as an Administrative Assistant, working primarily with Resident Services.  Combining her experience with Wakeland and realty, Melissa now serves as an Asset Manager.
