Art Rivera has over 20 years of diverse project finance experience. Currently vice president of corporate affairs for Washington Mutual, he oversees the bank's community reinvestment commitment in the Southern California area, including affordable housing and community development. Prior to Washington Mutual, Mr. Rivera spent 12 years at Fannie Mae, managing several programs focused on housing. His experience includes community development projects ranging from major multi-family and urban mixed-use to affordable single-family in community target areas and on Indian reservations.
