Robert "Buddy" Bohrer

Director, Land Development - H.G. Fenton Company

Mr. Bohrer has been involved in many facets of both residential and commercial real estate development, sales and management for over 26 years. Buddy Bohrer currently holds the position of Director, Land Development for H.G. Fenton Company with responsibilities including the sourcing, underwriting, and land development activities for all commercial and residential land acquired by H.G. Fenton Company.  Previously Mr. Bohrer was the President of Alchemy Real Estate Partners, LLC.  During the ten years preceding, Mr. Bohrer held the position of Vice President of Land Acquisition for Standard Pacific Homes, San Diego and prior to this, held the positions of Director of Land Acquisition and Asset Manager for Commercial Properties at Pardee Homes.  Before holding these positions, Mr. Bohrer worked as a commercial real estate broker specializing in leasing and sales of industrial and R&D properties in San Diego.

Mr. Bohrer is and has been actively involved in leadership roles in many industry related organizations including: HomeAid San Diego, University of San Diego Residential Real Estate Advisory Committee, Building Industry Association, Metropolitan Legislative Committee BIA, and the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties.  Mr. Bohrer holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of San Diego with an emphasis in Real Estate Finance and Supply Management and a BA from the University of Southern California
