Karolina Ericsson, a partner at the law firm of Luce,
Forward, Hamilton & Scripps LLP, specializes in affordable
housing. She works closely with non-profit organizations
to package tax credits and other financing to develop
affordable housing. She also represents commercial developers and
investors in leasing and purchase and sale transactions.
Prior to joining Luce Forward, Ms. Ericsson was the housing
and community development director for Price Charities
and oversaw the development of Village Townhomes, an affordable
housing project in the City Heights neighborhood of San
Diego. She received her law degree from Stanford Law School.
