Doreen Kartes has many years experience in tax credit
and bond applications. She is the contact person responsible
for packaging tax credit/bond and other funding applications.
Ms. Kartes is also responsible for administrative office
operations. She has been involved in the development
field since 1985, working with Starboard Development
Corporation for 10 years and Catellus Development Corporation
for three years.
