Kristine
Donaldson
Asset Manager, Wakeland HDC
Kristine Donaldson has over seven years experience in
the housing industry. She spent four years at the New
Mexico Housing Authority where she gained valuable experience
in low-income, first-time homebuyer programs, multi-family
development and lobbying and research for state housing
issues. Ms. Donaldson holds a bachelor’s degree
in management. She is responsible for the oversight
of Wakeland’s Southern California portfolio.
