Background and Status:

The property for this project consists of three separate parcels.  All three parcels were purchased in December 2003. Lillian Place is a joint venture between Wakeland and Interfaith Housing Assistance Corporation.

The unit mix is as follows: 23 one bedroom, 27 two bedroom, 23 three bedroom and 1 manager's unit. Three of the 3 bedroom units will be three story townhomes, suitable as a live /work environment, targeted to 110% AMI households.

The community center includes the property manager's office, a Business Center and and other resident services activities.

A separate room will be set-aside to show an exhibit commemorating the history of the site (to be open to the public on a scheduled basis) and would be used for a variety of resident activities.
