Project Description:

This complex is 224 units – 89 one-bedroom, 135 two-bedrooms. All units will be rented to families earning 60% or less area median income.

Background & Status:

The complex is undergoing a rehabilitation projected to be completed in Fall 2006. The project is owned by a limited partnership between Wakeland and Fairfield Properties. Wakeland is the managing general partner.

Tax-exempt bonds and tax credits.

Resident Services:

Resident services will be tailored to the residents of Belmont Apartments and may include after-school programs, adult job-skills education and computer classes.
