Project Description:

Las Colinas consists of 148 units – 32 one bedroom, 69 two bedroom, and 47 three bedroom units. All of the units are rented to families earning 60% or less area median income.

Background & Status:

Purchased in 1999 by Fairfield Residential and underwent renovation. In 2007, Wakeland became a partner in Las Colinas Apartments with Fairfield Residential. In March of 2009 Fairfield Residential sold the property to Cascade. There is currently a limited partnership between Wakeland and Cascade where Wakeland is the managing general partner and Cascade is the co-general partner was formed.
