Background & Status:

Acquisition/rehabilitaiton project: purchased by Fairfield Residential in 1999. In 2007, Wakeland entered into a limited partnership with Fairfield Residential, in which Wakeland was the managing general partner. In March 2009, Fairfield sold to Cascade.
