Project Description:

Background & Status:

Acquisition/rehabilitation project: purchased in 1998, renovation completed in 1999. Limited partnership with Fairfield Residential, in which Wakeland is the managing general partner.

Resident Services:

Sienna Vista Apartments has an active Family Resource Center, featuring a computer lab and Wakeland comprehensive Resident Services programming. The Family Resource Center offers an After School Program, youth activity programs, job readiness, parenting classes, and a variety of community events throughout the year. The center is funded through the County Department of Health and Human Services, the Department of Human Assistance and the Sheriff's Department. A Sheriffs' substation manned by two deputies is also located in the complex for the safety of residents' and the surrounding neighborhood.
