Project Description:

Via Roble is split into two locations. 72 affordable apartments are located at the Escondido Blvd. address and 15 affordable apartments at the Orange Place site. Combined the properties are referred to as Via Roble.

Background & Status:

Renovation of both the Orange Place and Escondido Blvd. sites was completed in 2005. The ownership structure is a limited partnership with Trinity Housing Group. Wakeland is the managing general partner.

Financing Sources:

The City of Escondido, tax-exempt bonds and tax credits

Resident Services:

Resident services are tailored to the residents of Via Roble and include after-school programs, adult job-skills education and computer classes.
