New Construction project: began construction March 2000 and completed 2001. Part of Carlsbad's low-income inclusionary requirement for Standard Pacific Homes (master developer of the surrounding community). Limited partnership with Wakeland and San Diego Interfaith Housing Assistance Corporation, co-general partners.
