Background and Status:

The ownership structure is a Limited Partnership with Wakeland Housing as the Managing General Partner, and Santa Maria Land Company LLC is the Co-General Partner. The project completed construction in December 2003.

Resident Services:

Services include after school programs and drama programs for youth, computer classes, and a Business Center. In addition, an on site day care center is open and operated by the Community Action Commision.
