At the corner of Beyer Boulevard and Precision Lane in San Ysidro, California. Project is located next to Vista Terrace Apartments (at Beyer Blvd. and Del Sur Blvd.), another Wakeland property.

Project Description:

There are 60 units (30 two-bedrooms and 30 three-bedrooms). All of the units are rented to families earning 60% or less area median income.

Background and Status:

This is a new construction project.  Construction began in October 2004 and is expected to be completed in early 2006. The project is owned by Beyer Boulevard Apartments, L.P., in which Wakeland is the sole general partner.

Financing Sources:

Tax-exempt bonds, tax credits and a loan from the San Diego Housing Commission.

Resident Services:

Services will include a computer lab and after-school programs.
