Project Description:
There are 102 units (26 one-bedrooms,
44 two-bedrooms and 32 three-bedrooms). All units are
rented to families earning 60% or less area median income.
Background and Status:
The project is part of a new master-planned
community called Valley Glen. Completion is expected
in Spring 2006. The ownership structure is a limited
partnership in which Wakeland is the managing general
partner and Fairfield Residential is the co-general
partner.

Resident Services:
Bristol Apartments will feature a
community center, offering residents a computer lab.
Other services to be provided: a comprehensive after-school
