There are 312 units -- 268 two-bedrooms and 44 three-bedrooms.  100% of the units are rented to families earning 60% or less area median income.

Background and Status:

Purchased in July 2001.  Project renovation of over $4 million included a new recreation center completed in 2002.  A limited partnership between Wakeland and Related Companies of California.  Wakeland is the managing general partner; Related Companies is the administrative partner.

Tax-exempt bonds, tax credits, and a loan from the San Diego Housing Commission.

Resident services include after-school programs, computer classes and a variety of sports activities.
