will be rented to families earning 60% or less area
median income.
Background and Status:
The complex is undergoing a $1.5 million
rehabilitation projected to be completed in Fall 2006.
The complex is owned by a limited partnership between
Wakeland and Fairfield Residential. Wakeland is the
managing general partner.

Resident Services:
Resident services will be tailored
to the residents of Raintree Apartments and may include
after-school programs, adult job-skills education and
