Project Description:

Comprised of 16 buildings, 176 units – 144 one-bedroom and 32 two-bedrooms. All units will be rented to families earning 60% or less area median income.

Background and Status:

The complex is undergoing a $1.5 million rehabilitation projected to be completed in Fall 2006. The complex is owned by a limited partnership between Wakeland and Fairfield Residential. Wakeland is the managing general partner.
