Background and Status:
Renovation of both the Orange Place
and Escondido Blvd. sites was completed in 2005. The
ownership structure is a limited partnership with Trinity
Housing Group. Wakeland is the managing general partner.

Financing Source:
The City of Escondido, tax-exempt
bonds and tax credits
Resident Services:
Resident services are tailored to
the residents of Via Roble and include after-school
programs, adult job-skills education and computer classes.
