Project Description:
There are 28 units (16 two-bedroom
and 12 three-bedroom). 100% of the units will be rented
to families earning 60% or less area median income.
The average area median income is under 50%. The
project is part of the Carlsbad's low-income inclusionary
requirement for Standard Pacific Homes, the master developer
of the surrounding community.
Background and Status:
Construction was completed in
2001. Wakeland and San Diego Interfaith entered
into a limited partnership and are co-general partners.
