There are 204 units -- 102 two-bedroom and 102 three-bedroom. Amenities include a swimming pool, recreation center and numerous tot lots. 100% of the units will be rented to families earning 60% or less area median income.

Background and Status:

The ownership structure is a Limited Partnership with Wakeland Housing as the Managing General Partner, and Santa Maria Land Company LLC is the Co-General Partner. The project completed construction in December 2003.
