and 102 three-bedroom. Amenities include a swimming
pool, recreation center and numerous tot lots. 100%
of the units will be rented to families earning 60%
or less area median income.
Background and Status:
The ownership structure is a Limited
Partnership with Wakeland Housing as the Managing General
Partner, and Santa Maria Land Company LLC is the Co-General
Partner. The project completed construction in December
2003.

Bonds and tax credits.
Resident Services:
Services will include after
school programs and computer classes. In addition an
on site day care center is open and operated by Easter
Seals.
