Project Description:

This 12-building complex is comprised of 136 units – 88 one-bedroom and 48 two-bedroom. All units will be rented to families earning 60% or less area median income.

Background and Status:

The complex is undergoing a $1.6 million rehabilitation projected to be completed in Spring 2006. The complex is owned by a limited partnership between Wakeland and Fairfield Residential. Wakeland is the managing general partner.
