Construction is underway on two new Wakeland projects -- Beyer Courtyard Apartments and Lillian Place. Beyer Courtyard in San Ysidro is a 60-unit complex comprised of 30 two-bedroom units and 30 three-bedrooms. Lillian Place in downtown San Diego is a 74-unit development offering one-, two- and three-bedroom units designed for families with children.
