We first implemented the benefits of sustainable building in the design and construction process with the development of Los Vecinos.  Certified as LEED Platinum, Los Vecinos is the highest scoring Multi-family housing in the history of LEED for Homes.  Explore the layout of Los Vecinos to discover what makes the design sustainable. Building on the success of Los Vecinos, many of these same green features have been incorporated into Parkside Apartments.  In fact, Parkside is targeted for LEED Platinum Certification.
