CAMINO TERRACE
A New Affordable Housing Community for Veterans and Working Families
At the corner of Camino Real and Canyon Terrace in Jurupa Valley
At the corner of Camino Real and Canyon Terrace in Jurupa Valley
OVERVIEW
Camino Terrace will transform a vacant property into a well-designed, professionally managed development that strengthens the community and provides long-term housing stability for local families and veterans. With 80 high-quality, affordable homes in a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom models, the community provides much-needed housing close to jobs, schools, and everyday services.
Following meetings with the City and neighbors of the property, the site plan for Camino Terrace has been thoughtfully updated to improve safety, accessibility, and neighborhood integration. The entire development is now located on a single parcel, eliminating the need to cross Canyon Terrace Dr. The community will feature full ADA accessibility, new sidewalks around the entire perimeter, and a high-visibility pedestrian crosswalk to enhance walkability and safety.
