CAMINO TERRACE

A New Affordable Housing Community for Veterans and Working Families
At the corner of Camino Real and Canyon Terrace in Jurupa Valley
Picture
PROJECT OVERVIEW
This new development will bring 80 high-quality, affordable apartment homes to the community—specifically designed to support working families and U.S. veterans, including those who have previously experienced homelessness. With a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom homes, the project provides much-needed housing for households earning 30–50% of the Area Median Income. By targeting retail, food service, and other local workers, the project offers workforce housing close to employment centers, easing commutes and strengthening job stability. An on-site 8,000 sq. ft. childcare center and robust resident services will further support working parents and promote long-term success. This thoughtfully designed community will revitalize a vacant lot and enhance the surrounding neighborhood with modern amenities, professional property management, and strong architectural integration.
