Jeff Graham has more than 25 years of real estate experience and is a leading national expert on urban development and public-private partnerships. He has an extensive and successful track record in real estate negotiations and transaction structuring, organizational leadership, urban redevelopment and property acquisitions.
Mr. Graham worked for nearly seven years for Civic San Diego (formerly Centre City Development Corporation) as Vice President and served as President since October 2012. Civic San Diego is known throughout the country as a model public agency for its tremendous accomplishments in revitalizing downtown San Diego through its forward-thinking urban planning and development incentive tools, highly efficient design review and entitlement process, and its innovative public-private partnerships that resulted in award-winning catalyst projects such as Horton Plaza, The Historic Gaslamp Quarter, and Petco Park.
Mr. Graham earned an MBA in international business from San Diego State University and a BA in urban economics and political science from University of Pittsburgh. He is a former U.S. Naval Reserve officer with a record of distinguished service with the Pacific Fleet and Naval Special Warfare Command Group One. He is member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI), Lambda Alpha, California Association for Local Economic Development, and the San Diego Housing Federation. Mr. Graham is also an Instructor of Urban Development Strategies at University of San Diego.
