Julie Dillon is a seasoned real estate development professional with nearly four decades of experience in the San Diego area. She is president and owner of Dillon Development, Inc., which formerly developed residential land projects in the San Diego area and now owns and manages industrial properties in Las Vegas, Phoenix, Albuquerque and Salt Lake City.
Through her company, Ms. Dillon has developed several large residential projects and consulted with numerous developers planning large-scale projects in the San Diego area. Her past experience also includes acting as Executive Director of Housing Opportunities, Inc., a nonprofit affordable housing development company.
A past president of the Building Industry Association, Ms. Dillon continues to serve the community through her involvement in various civic and philanthropic endeavors. She has served on the Board of Directors for several organizations, including San Diego State University's Campanile Foundation, Century Club of San Diego, Monarch School Project and the San Diego Regional Chamber of Commerce. Ms. Dillon also guided local development as a member of the Centre City Development Corporation Board of Directors and the University of San Diego’s Burnham Moores Real Estate Center Executive Advisory Board. She graduated with high honors from San Diego State University’s College of Business Administration.
In her free time, Ms. Dillon enjoys spending time with her seven grandchildren as well as playing golf, reading, skiing and hiking.
