The 5.5-acre property is pet-friendly and amenity rich. Forty-two units are reserved for seniors 62 and older who are exiting homelessness to ensure that this vulnerable population gets access to affordable homes. The design includes one large two-story “U”-shaped building with two elevators connected by walkways and beautiful community space that hosts onsite services and social activities for residents.
