Blending historic preservation with modern design, The Teralta incorporates the restored façade of the former 1948 Superior Furniture Co. building—honoring the site’s legacy while introducing a vibrant, contemporary community.
Residents enjoy a variety of amenities, including a community room with a kitchen and computer lab, a landscaped courtyard with play and barbeque areas, and a rooftop deck for gatherings.
