A PLACE TO THRIVE

Calle Rolph Village is an affordable housing community for seniors age 55+, planned for construction on the grounds of the United Methodist Church of Palm Springs. It will offer 72 new apartment homes in a beautifully designed, well-managed building where residents can thrive while supported by affordable rents combined with onsite services that address their needs as they age and foster social connection. The property will be owned and operated by Wakeland Housing, a respected nonprofit known for maintaining its communities with care and for being a responsive, hands-on neighbor.
 
The project is the result of a partnership between Wakeland and the United Methodist Church of Palm Springs, who are united in the mission to serve seniors in need by providing stable, affordable homes where they can age in place peacefully.

COMMUNITY BENEFITS

Calle Rolph Village will:

DESIGNED FOR PALM SPRINGS

Calle Rolph Village is being designed by Studio E Architects to seamlessly fit into the neighborhood and adapt to the unique character of Palm Springs. Design features will include:

  • Shaded outdoor courtyards that maximize air flow

  • Desert-friendly landscaping

  • Mid-century modern inspiration

  • Community spaces to foster connection

  • Overall design in harmony and compliant with local zoning regulations

TIMELINE

Calle Rolph Village is in the early stages of development. We look forward to welcoming residents in 2029.
