​Resident Services Site Coordinator

Job Summary:

Under the direction of the Resident Services Manager, coordinates and implements organized social, recreational and enrichment activities, programs and workshops for school-aged youth as well as adult residents. Assist residents with connecting to appropriate community resources. Identify service needs of the residents and provide solutions to those needs. Facilitates life skills workshops that aide in the well-being and self-sustainability of residents such as financial literacy, reading literacy, mental health, wellness recovery, etc.

Compensation:

$25 per hour

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and implement after-school programs, including homework assistance, enrichment activities, recreational programs, and arts and crafts.

  • Design and lead programs for adult residents that promote personal growth, self-sufficiency, and community involvement.

  • Assess resident needs and develop targeted programs to support daily living activities and improve quality of life.

  • Assist residents with employment-related tasks such as creating cover letters and resumes, navigating online job applications, and using digital employment platforms.

  • Connect residents with supportive services and local community resources.

  • Facilitate specialized workshops, including ESL classes and financial wellness sessions.

  • Provide financial literacy support, including understanding credit reports, basic tax forms, and budgeting.

  • Perform monthly administrative tasks such as creating program calendars, compiling recap and attendance reports, submitting supply requests, and updating bulletin boards.

  • Maintain accurate resident service records on shared digital platforms such as the site Share Drive and Family Metrics system, including uploading photos, calendars, and reports.

  • Ensure resident service files are consistently accurate and up to date.

  • Maintain a clean, organized center space (may require occasional lifting of up to 40 lbs).

  • Conduct ongoing outreach to residents via phone, email, text, or flyers to promote participation in programs and events.

  • Collaborate with Resident Services Supervisors to design and deliver engaging programs, workshops, and events.

  • Build and sustain relationships with community partners to enhance program offerings.

  • Collect and analyze resident feedback regularly to improve services and address emerging needs.

  • Maintain a professional and collaborative relationship with property management, ensuring they are informed of monthly activities and events through calendar distribution.

  • Support food distribution efforts by packing, organizing, and delivering food supplies while maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.
