PARK HILL
Future Affordable Housing for Working Families
In the City of Chula Vista

Architect's Concept Rendering | Subject to Change
OVERVIEW
Park Hill is a planned affordable housing community that will transform underutilized church-owned land into a thoughtfully designed, professionally managed residential complex that provides long-term housing stability for working families in Chula Vista. Developed in partnership with Park Hill United Methodist Church, the development will have 68 high-quality affordable homes in a mix of studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments for households earning between 30% and 60% of Area Median Income (AMI).
Located at 545 E. Naples Street in Chula Vista, Park Hill is designed to fit seamlessly into the surrounding neighborhood while preserving local character. The building’s design includes significant setbacks from neighboring homes, dense landscaping buffers, and thoughtfully scaled one-, two-, and three-story buildings to support privacy and compatibility with adjacent residences.
The community will include onsite amenities that support residents and foster connection, including a community room with a shared kitchen, computer lab, offices for onsite property management, landscaped outdoor gathering areas, and a walking path designed for exercise and contemplation.
