Amani Apartments provides 53 supportive homes in L.A.'s Mid-City for seniors age 55+ who have experienced homelessness. These affordable homes are coupled with robust support services that help residents live more stable, independent lives.
The design includes 53 studio apartments, one two-bedroom manager's unit, a community room, offices for service providers, a laundry room and a spacious central courtyard. A landscaped rooftop terrace with seating areas provides space for socializing outdoors along with expansive views of the Los Angeles region.
Opened in 2022, the property is located close to transit, markets, parks and other community amenities that serve the needs of seniors.
