Atmosphere is a vibrant, mixed-income affordable housing community in downtown San Diego, offering 205 studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom homes.

Designed for individuals and families earning 60% or less of the area median income (AMI), it includes 51 supportive housing units for residents who have recently experienced homelessness.

Opened in May 2017, this urban infill development revitalized a long-vacant site, providing much-needed housing in an infrastructure-rich area. Residents benefit from safe, secure homes paired with supportive services that promote stability and self-sufficiency.
