Baycliff provides 342 affordable homes (242 one-bedroom and 100 two-bedroom), all designed for families earning 60% or less of the area median income.

This acquisition/rehabilitation project began in Fall 2004, was completed in Spring 2006 and is a limited partnership with Fairfield Residential.
