Belmont Apartments provides 224 affordable homes (89 one-bedroom and 135 two-bedroom), all designed for families earning 60% or less of the area median income (AMI).

This acquisition/rehabilitation project was completed in Fall 2006 and is a limited partnership between Wakeland and Fairfield Residential.
