Bristol Apartments provides 102 units (26 one-bedroom, 44 two-bedroom and 32 three-bedroom), all designed for families earning 60% or less of the area median income (AMI).

This acquisition/rehabilitation project was completed in Spring 2006 and is a limited partnership between Wakeland and Fairfield Residential. Bristol is part of a master-planned community called Valley Glen.
