Canyon Rim provides 504 affordable apartments (440 two-bedroom and 64 three-bedroom), with 70% of units designed for families earning 60% or less of the area median income (AMI) and the rest for families earning 85% AMI.

This acquisition/rehabilitation project was completed in December 2001 and is a limited partnership between Wakeland and Fairfield Residential.
