Casa Anita provides 96 affordable homes for households earning 60% or less of the Area Median Income (AMI); 24 are services-enriched supportive housing set aside for individuals and families exiting homelessness.

Wakeland completed this new construction urban infill project in 2022 and it uniquely addresses both the housing crisis and homelessness by offering units tailored to a wide variety of households, from low-income working families to individuals and families who experienced homeless and have special needs.
