City Heights Ten provides 132 affordable homes located at 10 properties spread throughout the San Diego neighborhood of City Heights, all designed for working families, seniors and individuals earning 60% or less of the area median income (AMI).

This acquisition/rehabilitation project was completed in 2014 in partnership with City Heights Community Development Corporation.
