Country Club provides 90 affordable homes (11 studios, 57 one-bedroom, 22 two-bedroom), all designed for families earning 50% or less of the area median income (AMI).

Wakeland is the sole developer, owner and operator of this acquisition/rehabilitation project, which was completed in June 2009.
