Del Sol Apartments provides 93 affordable homes (2 studios, 2 one-bedroom, 12 two-bedroom, 66 three-bedroom, 11 four-bedroom), all designed for families earning 60% or less of the area median income (AMI).

Wakeland is the sole developer, owner and operator of this acquisition/rehabilitation project, which was completed in December 2007.
