Forester Square provides 44 affordable homes (18 one bedroom, 12 two-bedroom and 14 three-bedroom), all designed for families earning 60% or less of the area median income (AMI).

Wakeland is the sole developer, owner and operator of this new construction development, which opened in March 2013.
