GEO Apartments provides 102 affordable homes (51 one-bedroom, 47 two-bedroom and 4 three-bedroom) all designed for families earning 60% or less of the area median income (AMI).

This new construction was completed in 2020 and is a limited partnership between Wakeland and Fairfield Residential.
