Greystone Apartments provides 41 affordable homes (29 two-bedroom and 12 three-bedroom), all designed for families earning between 30% and 50% of the area median income (AMI).

This acquisition/rehabilitation project was completed in partnership with Riverside Housing Development Corporation, with rehab construction completed August 2016.
