Home Front at Camp Anza provides 30 affordable homes (15 two-bedroom and 15 three-bedroom) designed for veteran households earning between 30% and 60% of the Area Median Income (AMI).

Completed in 2016, this combination new construction/historic rehabilitation community is located on the former site of Camp Anza, a WWII Army training camp. The project included the rehabilitation of the Camp's historic Officers' Club, which serves as the community center for residents.

Home Front at Camp Anza is a services-enriched community tailored to the needs of residents and their households, with comprehensive support provided both on-site and off-site under the coordination of Wakeland and our project partner, Mercy House Living Centers.
