Juniper Gardens provides 40 affordable homes (30 two-bedroom and 10 three-bedroom) all designed for families earning between 30% and 60% of the area median income (AMI).

Wakeland is the sole developer, owner and operator of this rehabilitation/preservation project which was completed in November 2013.
